Refund/Returns

urban Daisy wants you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. We understand you may want to occasionally return items because they're not quite right for you. For those times, here's what we can do for you:

Return for Store Credit Only(No exchanges)

Follow the instructions below to return items postmarked within 7 days of delivery date. Any packages returned to our warehouse outside of the 7 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the store credit amount. Please ensure conditions below are met before returning. Urban Daisy does not offer complimentary RMA's (return labels). It is the customers' responsibility to pay the shipping fees associated with returning the package. Once your return has been received at the warehouse, Returns are processed within 72 business hours of being received.
